Room is $1310/month and utilities are $40-150/month per person. It is a 3rd floor walkup in an upgraded, sun drenched apartment. Includes gas stove, dishwasher, washer dryer in unit, central AC, and roof access. There are 2 very friendly cats, must be ok with cats, ideally a cat lover with no current pets.

The room can fit a queen size bed (option to use bedframe and queen mattress from previous tenant) and has an ensuite bathroom which is also connected to the hallway and shared with one other roommate. Room has four windows and gets amazing light. No closet but includes a free standing clothing rack. Otherwise unfurnished.

About This Lister

We are Nessie (23) and Emma (26), 2 crunchy people who love living in community. We use the space to cook, rest and have occasional friends over. We share our food/cooking and are looking for another roommate who is down to do family style grocery shopping and cooking, ideally someone who loves to eat and share meals. We value open (non passive-aggressive) communication, cleanliness, kindness and care for the space. We sometimes practice movement or meditation together, a plus if you are into that.

We both work many part time jobs: Emma works as a yoga instructor and aide and Nessie is a freelance figure skater/dancer who works in fitness, figure skating and the performing arts. Most days we are gone all day and we spend our off days at home tidying up, cooking and re-charging. We typically go to bed no later than midnight as we often teach or attend classes early in the morning.
