Hello! I’m subleasing out my cozy room in a fully furnished 3 br/1ba apartment. It is available December 8, 2025 - January 18, 2026 and Looking for 1 roommate only to sublease for 3 weeks minimum within that range.

- Space: 9.5'x9.5' bedroom with a queen bed, night stand, closet and a patio that allows for wonderful light in the room (as well as a quiet outdoor retreat). Linens will be provided (sheets/towels) and there will be some space created in the closet to hang clothes.
- Spacious living room, bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher
- Central heat and a/c
- 3rd floor walk up on quiet street
- 6 minute walk to M/J (Hewes), 8 min walk to G/L (Metropolitan-Lorimer)
- Neighborhood is extremely close to plenty of good coffee/food/bars. You can easily walk into the heart of Williamsburg, head up to Greenpoint, or over into East Williamsburg.
- Basement laundry (shared with 3 other units in building)
- No pets aren’t allowed (but as an allergy note: my roommate does occasionally bring by a couple different friendly dogs that he dog-sits)
- No indoor smoking/vaping (can use the patio)

About This Lister

I’ve been in New York for 4 years and work in wine. I love my apartment and am hoping someone else will be able to enjoy it too while I’m out of town. Seeking this sublease as I’m heading home temporarily to help out my brother with a newborn bebe for the holiday season.

You will stay with my two roommates (28M, 36M) while I (35F) am gone. It’s a queer friendly household. My two roommates are my good friends and also work in wine but at home we often keep to ourselves as we all live busy independent lives. The party doesn’t come home with us but we do have friends over for dinners from time to time. We’re looking for someone who can clean up after themselves, and respect the space and each other’s privacy! It’s pretty low key, we’re all adults and navigate the shared space with consideration and kindness :).
