Your Bedroom:
Its 100 square feet, with a built in shelf and closet. The room is on the first floor. There's a little balcony that overlooks my neighbors garden below. Bedrooms are in opposite sides of the apartment. Your bedroom is the most quiet space in the apartment. Lots of privacy. Or you can build your own with small potted garden for your own plants on the balcony. There are 2 large windows on one wall, feel free to hop outside on the extra wide balcony or open the window to let the breeze in. In the summer, the room has its own AC, so you will have a lot of control over how hot or cool your room is.

There is 1 bathroom which we will share. There's also large communal dining room and living room. I have lots of appliances, dishes and things to cook with.

I am pretty quiet and independent, I read a lot but am always happy to share a meal with whomever I'm living live from time to time to check in and make sure everything is good. I work from home and I also travel some. I am out often in the evenings hanging out with friends in the neighborhood or go for walks in Prospect Park.
