The apartment is one block from Prospect Park, 5min from the Parkside Q stop, 7min from the B at Church Avenue. Whether you are visiting the city or need a space to start apartment hunting for the summer, this spot is quiet, sunny, and well connected (you are in Manhattan in less than 30min).
I am looking for someone who is respectful with sharing the space. Rent is $1700 a month. Photos of the bedroom for sublet were taken when it was furnished, it will be unfurnished when you move.
