I’m traveling for the summer and my room is available (with some flexibility) in a well-furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The room has a queen bed, a desk with Apple display, and its own ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen and living room is well decorated and stocked. There's a furnished terrace you can sit out at as well and a sonos in every room.

The apartment is really centrally located for LA, between Koreatown and Larchmont village, giving you an amazing range of asian food, charming walks and good shopping. You're walking distance to a great H-Mart and just a few minutes from trendy Melrose Hill spots.

The price includes bills and a parking spot in the garage. washer/dryer in building.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor and has elevator access.

My photos are a mix of day/night (I've taken them over the years) but the apt is quite sunny!

I, and my roommate, are in our mid-30s and both travel heavily. I’m a producer and she’s a stylist/decorator. We’re both easy going, kind and open-minded :). We keep common spaces clean and are in and out with work and social life. She often works on set and is out during the day. We've become tight over the last year or so and hang out with each other's friends.

She has a sweet, small dog (pictured) that hangs out about as much as you're interested. Well behaved and keeps to herself, though cozy with dog people.
