A lovely place I've been in for about five years now -- the apartment is on a corner, so it gets tons of light from north, west, and south facing windows. It's quite large, with high ceilings, nice furniture, and a minimalist vibe. HD projector, spacious kitchen, etc.

I live alone and am quite tidy / don't have too many things.

There's a big main bedroom, plus another room that I use as an office. The apartment is close to Franklin Avenue in crown heights, one of the best streets for food and drinks in Brooklyn imo. It's a short walk to Fort Greene Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the ACE train into Manhattan is extremely close.
