We have a 1.5 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a walk-up building located in BedStuy, Brooklyn.

The apartment is spacious and full of natural light. Perks include a dishwasher and laundry washer/dryer in the unit. There is a large living/dining room filled with plants, books and records (we don't have a TV).
Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
Bedroom is spacious and has a queen sized bed.
Bathroom has a full-sized bath and shower.
There is a very small office attached to the bedroom that has a large, standing desk (also has a chair).

We are located near the A/C train (between the Kingston/Throop stop & the Utica stop). There is a small park directly across the street with a playground, a tennis court, a basketball court and lots of benches shaded by trees.
There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. Some highlights include Bar Lunatico (live music every night), Peaches (neighborhood favorite), Saraghina (bakery, Italian, pizza), Rita & Marie (coffee shop) and Frog Bar (wine bar) as well as many others.

Our apartment is very peaceful, clean and a great place to unwind. We value our space very much so ask that you are respectful to our neighbors and treat the space with care.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to enjoy the city and/or neighborhood and also enjoy the space but won't host any gatherings over 4 ppl.

Shannon and I are a queer couple who are tenants of this space and have lived here for 5 years. We have great relationships with our building neighbors and will let them know that you will be staying here.
