Due to unforeseen personal circumstances I am ending my lease early on my spacious and sunny pre-war 1 bedroom that I’ve loved living in. 😢 I’m helping my landlord find someone to sign a new 1-year lease for this condo apt. I’ve enjoyed the proximity to multiple parks, roominess, and abundant natural SE and SW natural light. This unit is an oasis in the hubbub of Manhattan and I hope to pass it onto another person who will appreciate it as much! The large space makes it perfect for couples working from home.
