Hi, we're subletting our place while we're out the city. It's a bright spacious apartment right on the south-east corner of Prospect Park filled with plants and books. A super large bedroom with two windows.

It's actually a 2-bed but we converted the 2nd bedroom into an office space with two desks, and a really lovely bright room to work from. There's a big living room/dining room, with a daybed by the window surrounded by jungly plants and collected treasures from traveling, a great reading chair, record player, and dining table. We have a well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and a clean shower/bathroom with a window.

We're on the sixth floor of an apartment building with an elevator. It's a 5-minute walk to the express B/Q train at Church Ave (20 mins into Manhattan) or a 15-minute walk to the G/F at Fort Hamilton. Lots of buses too. Really special to have the park on the doorstep for biking or running around the lake.

Church Ave has all the fresh grocers, markets, stores, fishmongers, etc. you could need on the doorstep. And then a 15-minute walk through Victorian Ditmas takes you to Cortelyou, which has an awesome selection of restaurants and bars, as does PLG, 10 mins away.
