Hello! I’m traveling from December 22 to February 15 and offering up my furnished space. Preference will be given to those interested in the full term.

Located on N. 10th and Berry, this charming 1-bed, 1-bath apartment is right on the border between Williamsburg and Greenpoint, just a couple blocks from McCarren Park and the East River waterfront—close to all the action, yet quiet and serene. You’re a couple blocks away from the Bedford L, one stop away from Manhattan. There’s a Citibike station right across the street.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story walk-up (up two flights of stairs). The 1910 building features hardwood floors and vintage charm. It gets a ton of light, and the spacious bedroom looks out over neighboring backyards. There’s a WFH setup in the living room, plus free laundry and bike parking in the basement. Wi-Fi and utilities are included.

The area is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, and lots of great bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms, and entertainment within easy walking distance.

I hope to keep the space shoe-free, and being able to take care of plants is a plus :)
