We are traveling and want to sublet for the time. Our beautiful apartment is located in Brooklyn (Bushwick, zip code 11237) and has:
- High ceilings and quality appliances including central air-conditioning (AC) and heating, a dishwasher, and strong water heater
— One large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an adjustable-height desk (for sitting and standing) with a desk chair and additional computer monitor
- A large dining room with a table that can fit ~10 people including 6 dining chairs and 4 storable fold-out chairs
- A large living room with a beautiful couch, electric Yamaha piano keyboard, large TV (55-inch) and quality sound system for watching, and lovely plants
- A fully-stocked kitchen including spices, pots and pans, airfryer, Instant Pot, kettle, and more (everything you need)
— A fully stocked gym in building
— A patio with direct sunlight in the morning, seating, and a grill
- Roof access with great view of NYC skyline and sunset
- Elevator, laundry, and package room in the entry floor of the building
Free bike storage and garage access for a vehicle can be added for a small fee (we do not use it but can get it for you)
— Access to two subways (L + M) within a 5 minute walk, which both get you to Manhattan in around 20-30 minutes
The apartment is beautiful and gets a lot of natural direct sunlight (with south-facing windows), the building is well-built, and the neighborhood is one of the most bustling in the city. We are near a park, several great grocery stores, and some of the best restaurants, cafes, and music venues in the city.
