It’s on the second floor (no elevator). Fully furnished, with all the kitchen appliances. Utilities and internet included.

We are somewhat flexible on dates - we will be out of town in July and August for work elsewhere.

My partner and I have lived here 2 years and love the apartment and the proximity to everything in the neighborhood. I work in hotels and we will be moving out of NYC for 4-6 weeks while I open a hotel in another state.

Dates are a little flexible. We’ll be gone roughly mid-July through Labor Day.
