About This Lister
We are two private school teachers (also a painter and poet), w 2 teen kids. We've sublet most summers to academics via vacation rental site and are happy to send references for us and previous renters. The apartment is very lived in w many books and such, but is quite cozy, quiet and comfortable. Never an issue in the neighborhood in 20 years, even walking home at night.

Minimum stay 3 weeks.
Must have reachable references, deposit, sign lease and meet us via zoom call. Happy to send video tour of apartment. Must water a few plants and collect mail weekly.
We cover most of utilities (w agreement on max AC use expenses)
