Hi there! I’m going to be out West for about 5 weeks and looking for a women to sublet my room while I’m away. I'm looking to sublet the whole time I'm away if possible, but if not it's a 3 week minimum :)

Our spot is in amazing location 2,3,4 trains are a 6 minute walk away at Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum stop, 8 minute walk to the ACE, and 11 minute walk to the Q/N! We’re 8 minute walk from the entrance to Prospect Park/Botanical Gardens, and 10 minutes from Crown Heights and Park Slope.
We have the room pictured up for grabs, which has a lovely window with view of a courtyard below. Looking for someone kind, respectful, clean, LGBTQUIA+ friendly, and a good communicator. Doesn't hurt if you also have a green thumb to help water the plant babies!

Washer/Dryer are in the building (basement) and this price includes internet/utilities. DM me if interested!
