It’s a floor-through apartment, newly renovated, with soaring ceilings and great natural light.

You'll be living with three creatives: a filmmaker and a couple (photographer + director), all in our 40s. We're often in LA for work (8+ months/year), so the place is generally quiet and well-kept.

We're hoping to find someone who’s responsible, clean, and appreciates a peaceful, creative home. This place was a rare find after 15 years in NYC, we treat it with love and hope you will too.

About This Lister

I’m a considerate, tidy person who values a peaceful, well-kept home. My partner, Dawn, and I are both creatives in our 40s, we spend most of the year in Los Angeles for work but come back to NYC regularly, usually for 1–2 weeks at a time. When we're in town, we share one of the bedrooms.

The other bedroom is taken by Dylan, a filmmaker who works part time from home. She's easygoing, respectful, and shares the same appreciation for a calm, clean space.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s independent, reliable, and treats the apartment like a home. It's a quiet, sun-filled space that we all take care of and enjoy, and we’re looking for someone who’ll do the same.
