Apartment is a 3-bed/2-bath third floor walk-up in a 3-unit building. Our unit is the only one on this floor.

Washer and dryer in unit. Sunroof access.

First 2 bedrooms are south-facing, which means great sunlight, with big windows and balcony access. Rooms include AC, heating, storage space for clothes etc, a full desk, Casper queen-size mattress and bedframe. Rooms share one full bathroom. Apartment has hardwood floors and is fully furnished, has Wi-Fi, good-sized common areas, lots of plants.
North bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment, also with big windows and balcony access.

Located near Humboldt - Withers St junction, 5 minutes walking from the Graham Av L Train station in Williamsburg/East Williamsburg. Very cool neighborhood area, walkable, lots of nice cafes (Larry's Ca Phè, Variety, Land to Sea...) and restaurants (Bonnie's, Beco...) nearby. Our block is residential and quiet.

Quiet apartment, we work from home, cook, keep to ourselves and are welcoming :)

$1950/month rent per bedroom + $150 flat rate utilities + $100 for monthly cleaning service.

About This Lister

We are filmmakers/creatives from Texas and Spain. You will be sharing the space with one of us and another housemate. We are also close with our downstairs neighbors (Apartment 2), who you will hopefully get to meet during your stay. We all love our building and consider it home and hope you do too!

Rent paid upon move-in. Proportional security deposit up front.
We have a standard sublease agreement that can be reviewed and customized as needed before signing.
Reset room (basic cleaning and wash linens) or alt option is pay for our cleaner and laundry service.
One person allowed per room.
References appreciated.
