Looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate housemate to share a large 2-bedroom apartment. Ideally you can take the room for at least 3 months, possibly longer!

The apartment is in a building with elevator, 24/7 doorman, and laundry downstairs. Equipped with dishwasher, AC units and lots of WINDOWS and plants. The apartment is located in the heart of Chinatown, close to lots of trains, Soho, the LES, all within walking distance.

Your room is furnished with a bed, and dresser (can get rid of if need be) along with a big closet. There are two bedrooms, bathroom with a bathtub, comfortable kitchen, dining area, living room.

You will be sharing the space with me, I work from home part time and am away at my studio or upstate some weekends. Preferably no pets.

Ideally you are clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. Can show you the space on facetime/in person!

$2600/month + utilities.
