Apartment for the holidays! My one-bedroom is comfortable and well-suited for an extended stay in the city. It's on the sixth floor, with elevator access. The building itself tends to be quiet- sometimes people hang outside on the block- but less so in colder weather.
The apartment includes a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a bathtub. My kitchen is well-stocked with cooking appliances. The living room can comfortably sleep guests. I consider it an oasis in the city!
7 minute walk to a beautiful corner of Prospect Park, and close to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, too.
Many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby (Risbo, Loud Baby, Fiona's, Cinnamon Girl) + close access to grocery store and laundromat.
5 minute walk to the Q and S train, and off the B49 bus line.
I'd love to discuss the rate for subletting if you're interested in staying from 12/20-1/1- with flexibility to extend longer on either end- and cat sit for my (feisty but adorable) cat Eloise.
I'm also looking to sublet this summer, in August.
Reach out with questions or interest!
