Looking for a conscientious and kind person to rent my one bedroom apartment in the coveted Park Slope neighborhood in Brooklyn while I'm headed out of town to teach improv in Spain for four months!

This beautiful & sunny apartment just one flight up has high ceilings and includes A/C window unit, a queen sized bed, strong WIFI, Apple TV and a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, towels, sheets and everything else you could need during your stay!

The apartment is in an amazing location on a tree lined street and surrounded by beautiful brownstones, great coffee shops, fantastic restaurants (would love to provide some recs of my favorites), weekend farmer's markets, Prospect Park just a few blocks away and shopping just around the corner.

The apartment and building are very quiet and just a 10 min walk from the R train or the F/G and a short stroll (or one stop) away from the Atlantic Barclay's hub where you can catch almost any train or the LIRR.

I've lived here happily for six years and love my Park Slope place and you will too!

No laundry in the building but there's one right around the corner for drop off or self serve.

If you can help with some light plant watering duties, I would be grateful!
