The apartment's biggest rooms are the bedroom and the living room, with a smaller kitchen space and bathroom. A/C + Fan. Very quiet.

Decor: Clean and artsy aesthetic. Lots of sunlight, plants.

Features: TV with all the logins, standing desk with second monitor, apple home in both rooms, moka pot for coffee. You'll have a closet to yourself.

Neighborhood: Best location in town! Especially in the summer. Fort Green Park is a few blocks away with a local farmers market every saturday and events happening weekly (movie nights, dance events, poetry etc). BK's best restaurants area few steps away (Sailor, Theodora, Miss Ada etc...) coffee shops (Prima, Otway, Bittersweet) and bars.

Transport: Apartment is off the Clinton/ Washington G and the C train is about a 7 minute walks away. Barclays about 18 minutes. 2 Citibike stands down the block. Also accessible/ easy drive in/out of NYC to long island or upstate.
