Beautiful, sunny bedroom available in two bedroom brownstone apartment in Bedstuy (2 minutes walk from the A/C Line).

The bedroom can fit any size bed and a dresser. You can also get a desk in there if you wish. The bedroom has its own AC unit and heat. There is also a closet and overhead storage space. The bedrooms are also away from the street so you will get quiet sleep.

I've been living in NYC for nearly 3 years and had different apartments during that time and this one is my favorite BY FAR. Its a gem:

The apartment has high ceilings and a lot of big windows so it feels bright and spacious. It has a very homely feel to it. We have all the appliances (including a dishwasher) and they are all pretty new and modern.

It is 2 minutes walk away from the A & C train so you can get into Manhattan within 20 minutes. There are a lot of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops in the area. Plenty of gyms and grocery options that are walking distance as well

The building also has a shared backyard with seating (great for hangouts and relaxing). Its also not a huge building so we are not sharing with a bunch of other apartments. There is also laundry in the building.

Management is responsive and neighbors take good care of the building. There is a building group chat for apartment-related messaging.

My name is Calum, I am born and raised in London, UK but have been living in the United States for the past 5 years.

Pretty laid back, I run my own media company so I am working quite a lot during the week. I prefer to work outside of the apartment either in co-working spaces or coffee shops but will work in the apartment 1-2 days per week

In terms of interests, I like trying new foods and restaurants around the city, going to the gym, watching sports, hanging out with friends. I like to keep things neat and tidy without being a neat freak. Just overall respectful to the other person living in the space
