I'm looking for a subletter for my beautiful studio apartment, ideally from September 15th - October 15th (start date, flexible). I've lived in this space for over four years and it's perfect for someone wanting to live alone in the city. It's right on Seward Park in downtown Manhattan and it's in a prewar building on the 5th floor so there's lots of natural light and not much street noise. The studio is a very cozy space that I've put lots of love into over the years. I have plants that would need to be cared for, a TV with an amazon fire stick, and everything you would logistically need. There's a shower in the bathroom, a gas stove/ heater, and the laundromat is around the corner. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well :)

Fully furnished Apartment, Closet and drawers will be empty.
