You will work with the building management to transfer the lease. Their requirements are:
Income verification (40x the monthly gross).
If employed, please provide your two most recent paystubs and Last years’ signed tax return (1040 pages suffice) OR last years’ W-2
If starting a new job, please provide a letter of employment (dated within 30 days prior of the application) stating your income.
If self-employed, please provide a letter from your accountant stating your expected yearly income.
We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with income of 80x the monthly gross. Same income verification documents stated above apply.
We also accept the institutional guarantors LEAP, TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
