My light-filled studio apartment in the Upper Marais (close to Arts et Métiers metro) is available for sublet from mid-November for short or long term stays (until the spring). Open to long or short stays.

The studio is a comfortable 300 sq ft, with a separate bedroom area and kitchen space.

It's on the top (5th) floor (no lift!) and has windows overlooking a charming, quiet courtyard, bringing plenty of natural light during the day.

There's a good desk space, high-speed internet and the kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals. It's nice and warm in the winter. There’s a laundromat next door on the same street.

The building is quiet, with lovely neighbours.

There's great coffee and pastries on the same street, and Arts et Métiers metro station around the corner.

Utilities (electricity, gas, internet, renters insurance) are all included in the rent.
