Looking for a subletter for my sweet, sunny 1-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens. This first floor (1 set of stairs) apartment is fully-furnished with great natural light in a lovely part of Astoria. Only a 5-minute walk (around the corner) from the N/W and a 15-minute walk from the Q/R trains. Features include; separate kitchen & living rooms, bathtub, brand new oven, full-size refrigerator, a/c units installed in the living room & bedroom, and TONS of natural light.

There is no laundry in the building but there's a fantastic laundromat on the corner offering self-service, drop-off, delivery, and drycleaning services.

Utilities included.

Flexible dates. $600/week (minimum 2 weeks) OR $2,100/month for the entire listed availability. Preference given to those available for the entire stay. I can offer $100/off for the full month or $25/week as a discount for pet care.
