A bright and peaceful fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in a classic pre-war Brooklyn building, located in the heart of Williamsburg. The apartment sits on the top floor, offering beautiful natural light throughout the day and a quiet atmosphere above the street.
The space was recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished with new beds, furniture, and kitchen appliances. It’s comfortable, simple, and welcoming — ideal for couples, friends, or small families spending time in New York.
The location is hard to beat. You’ll be just a short walk from the L and J subway lines, Domino Park, the East River waterfront, and some of Williamsburg’s best cafés and restaurants. There is also a Citi Bike station right outside the building, making it very easy to get around the city.
Highlights:
• Recently renovated and fully furnished
• Bright top-floor apartment with great natural light
• Quiet and comfortable space in a lively neighborhood
• Walking distance to Domino Park and the Williamsburg Bridge
• Citi Bike station right outside the building
• A perfect base for exploring New York City
Please note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor of a classic Brooklyn walk-up (no elevator). The stairs are part of New York living — but the light and calm of the top floor make it worth the climb.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and oven, coffee maker, towels and linens, hair dryer, closet space, and hardwood floors.
I run The Music Photo Gallery in New York, a gallery dedicated to fine-art music photography working with some of the most iconic American photographers.
I’ve lived in New York since 2010 and spend much of the year traveling for work between exhibitions, art fairs, and projects related to the gallery.
When I’m away, I occasionally rent my apartment with a 4.9 rating and always try to make sure guests feel comfortable, respected, and at home in the space.
Minimum stay of one week (7 days). For longer stays, monthly rate would be $5,000.
I’m looking for respectful and responsible tenants who value cleanliness, calm, and good communication. The apartment tends to work well for artists, couples, or professionals spending time in New York.
