The unit is available for about a month. Ideally I can find someone to stay for the full duration but open to weekly rentals as well. love this unit so much and want it to be enjoyed while I'm away in California!

the unit is on the top (5th) floor walk-up with no elevator - so something to consider. it hasn't been an issue for me since I moved in but want to call that out in case of accessibility
issues.
