To reserve the room, a signed sublease, first month’s rent, and a $300 security deposit are required at the time of signing.
To move forward, applicants must provide proof of income/housing voucher (etc.) or a valid student disbursement. If you're a student, a guarantor co-signer may be required.
The security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out, contingent on the terms outlined in the sublease (including condition of the room and return of keys).
The room is only considered reserved once both payment and a signed agreement are received.
