The apartment gets amazing light from three HUGE south-facing windows.

The sleeping area (queen-sized bed) is sectioned off with curtains to divide the space (I love closing those curtains at night!)

There’s a dedicated work area with a desk and monitor (which doubles as a TV).

There's a fully functional (but little) kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, fridge, sink).

4th floor walk up (so three flights of stairs).

The location is truly hard to beat. Near the intersection of Carlton and Lafayette, it’s about a three-minute walk to Fort Greene Park, and you’re surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and bars. Fort Greene is honestly one of *the dreamiest* neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

Looking for a respectful, clean, discreet tenant. A single person who would unequivocally not have guests in the apartment. No pets. Preference for someone who can fill the entirety of the sublet.
