We are seeking a responsible tenant who will enjoy and take thoughtful care of our home and its plants. The apartment is offered as a furnished sublet and should be maintained in good condition throughout the term. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. First month’s rent plus a security deposit are required upfront. Continued use of our housekeeper every other week is required at a cost of $200 per month.
