. The third bedroom is a smaller twin-size bed ideal for a child or single adult.

The apartment is located on the upper 2 floors of a brownstone building, a block and a half away from the C train and 7 minutes from the G train. Grocery store around the corner and a 15-minute walk away from both Fort Greene and Prospect Parks.

No pets & no smoking allowed.
