We’re subletting our sunny, spacious Upper West Side apartment in the mid-80s while we travel for the summer. It’s a peaceful, light-filled home just steps from Central Park—something we’ve truly loved living in.

The Space
~1,000 sq ft, fully furnished
Two-bedroom apartment, currently configured as a large studio + separate office
Queen bed in the living room creates an open, airy feel
Second bedroom set up as a home office
The apartment gets incredible light throughout the day, with 8 windows facing east and south. There are no high-rises blocking the view, so you get open sky, sunrise, and even sunset light.

The Building
Pre-war walk-up (6th floor, no elevator)
No dishwasher or in-unit laundry
Multiple laundromats and drop-off services on the block

The Neighborhood
Located in the heart of the Upper West Side in the mid-80s, just steps from Central Park. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, farmer’s markets, and everything you might need day to day.
Easy access to:
1/2/3 trains (a few blocks north and south)
B/C trains (about 5 blocks away)
Crosstown buses and Citi Bike stations nearby

A Few Notes
The second bedroom is our young son’s room.
6th-floor walk-up — must be comfortable with stairs
No smoking, no parties.

We’re looking for a responsible, respectful individual or couple who will treat our home and sweet neighbours with respect and care. Best suited to a tenant who appreciates a clean, calm, light-filled space in the middle of the city.
