About This Lister

My fiancée and myself have been living in this unit since 2021, and we've fallen in love with it ever since.

A job change is temporarily taking us out of New York, and so we wish to sublet our unit to someone who appreciates it as much as we do.

We will be available to show the space any time between now and the start of the unit's availability.

We have a good relationship with the landlord and the other neighbors in the building, who are a mix of recent college graduates, young professionals, and families.
