I will be traveling this summer and am looking to rent my sunny, furnished one bedroom while I am going for two separate periods (June 21 - July 12 and July 25 through August 9). The apartment is a one bedroom / one bathroom on the top floor of a walkup building (must be comfortable with stairs!) near the Montrose Ave L in Williamsburg. I would ideally like to rent to one person for each of these periods and the dates are somewhat flexible. Please mention which period / dates you are looking for when reaching out.

Each room has multiple windows and the apartment gets lots of light! Very comfy bed, lounge area, and dining area. I have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse that can be setup for remote work at the kitchen table if needed. Lots of cafes to work from nearby as well. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all the basic cookware you could need. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost.

A couple blocks from Win Son / Win Son bakery, Baby Blues Luncheonette, Duck Duck, Brooklyn Ball Factory and lots of other good spots! A nice walk or bike to downtown Williamsburg, BedStuy, or Bushwick. The L / G / J / Z trains are all within a 10 minute walk so it is easy to get anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn! There are also two CitiBike stations within two blocks of the apartment.
