The space is airy, calm and filled with natural light throughout the day. It’s tucked just far enough from Bedford Ave to avoid the chaos, but still incredibly central.

- Spare room with a TV and couch that converts to a queen-size bed (great for relaxing or hosting a guest short-term)

- Huge semi-private backyard shared with two friendly downstairs neighbors. Perfect for late spring dinners or low-key hangs

**The room:**

- Fully furnished with a queen bed + desk
- Spacious closet (will be cleared before move-in)
- Quiet and comfortable. Great for unwinding at the end of the day

**Roommate vibe:**

You’d be living with one professional woman in her early 30s. The apartment is:

- Clean and tidy

- More early nights than late ones
