I'm looking for someone to sublet my entire 2BR apartment in Sunset Park while I'm away teaching for the next year.

- True 2BR, top floor, back corner. Gets a ton of light in the morning, and has great views from both bedrooms.
- Walk up, 4th (top) floor.
- 550 square feet, closet in each bedroom. Smaller bedroom makes a good office or second bedroom.
- High ceilings and hardwood floors.
- Eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar.
- The apartment will be unfurnished, except for one window AC that will stay. Heat and hot water included, tenant responsible for utilities and internet.
- Pre-war building, quiet and well maintained with a live-in super.
- Laundry two short blocks away.
- Located across the street from the main entrance to Sunset Park.
- Walking distance to the D, R, and N trains and multiple buses. Easy commute to Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn.
About This Lister
I'm a law professor who will be out of town next year for a one-year teaching assignment. I've lived in this apartment for five years, and am looking for someone who will enjoy and care for it as I have.

- Reliable, responsible, communicative, and clean who will treat the apartment as their own.
- Respectful of noise, neighbors, and space.
- Who wants a quiet, chill space to enjoy the view and relax. The building is old and noise carries, so not the best place for parties.
