About This Lister

I’m a working professional in tech/finance and the current tenant and leaseholder of the apartment. I’ve lived in this building for about 6 years and am subletting my place while I’m traveling for a short period. I’m posting this myself and will be the primary point of contact throughout the process, including showings and coordination during the sublet.

I have a good relationship with building management and the concierge staff, and I’ll remain fully responsible to the landlord for the duration of the sublet. The apartment is my primary residence, and I’m looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who will treat the space well.
