My partner and I are subletting our lovely home in Crown Heights for 3 months (11/4 - 1/31) (dates negotiable) ~ Furnished! Looking for clean and respectful subletters as we have a few elderly neighbors that are sensitive to loud noises.

$2900/mo + $1500 refundable deposit. Utilities (Electricity + internet) are not included, and come out to around $200/mo

The space is traditionally a 2BR/1BA, but we've turned one of the rooms into a studio/office space. You are welcome to bring a bed into that room if you'd like. Unit is a 3rd floor walkup and you'll be a short 5min walk to Brooklyn Museum, The Central Library and Prospect Park.

Multiple laundry options around the corner.

We would ask that you water our plants while we're gone, but we can also have our assistant take care of this if needed.

No heavy chemical-based cleaning products allowed.
