Nosara, is a bustling surf town 20 minutes away. I live in the hills on a 2.5 acre lot, nearer to the famous Blue Spirit Retreat Center.

My house is modern and the area is rustic. I live up up up a dirt road.

Beautiful Garza beach shown here is a 10 minute drive.

The area is full of yoga, healers and surfers. Lots of folks from NYC live in the Nosara area.

One week minimum rental. My housecleaner (and friend) will greet you but I will be in the USA helping take care of my elderly mom.

I lived in NYC for 27 years. In 2021 I pursued my dream of living in Costa Rica and bought a special property here. I’ve been visiting this area for 20 years. Renovated it in 2021 so everything is fairly new.
