Small and very quiet building inhabited mostly by international creatives, in the heart of Lamarck Caulaincourt, north side of Montmartre, full of incredible restaurants, bars, organic shops, international but not touristy.
We are looking for a like-minded couple or small family to swap this space with a creative space in LA or NY, if LA possible on the west side, Malibu/Venice/Santa Monica/Long Beach, if NY preferably Manhattan or Williamsburg. Priority is a lot of light and good configuration for live/work space
Swap could begin mid-april for at least 3 months, but we are quite flexible and spring/summer in Paris is an absolute delight!

I am the co-founder of a company operating in the children space and my partner is an entrepreneur in the health/wellness space. We live between NY and Paris. This space has been built and designed with a lot of love and care and we are looking to swap it with creative, respectful people that put the same level of intention and detail to their own space!
