Share with two others: I am a 63yr old artist/musician with a good sense of humor and plenty of shared living experience. Currently sharing with two lovely roommates in their mid thirties who met here in the apartment : both found through a listing project ad, fell in love, and are moving to England together (!) I’m therefore now interviewing for the third bedroom as well so can’t describe who that third roommate will be yet but I’m very careful in my choosing :) (Yes—so much so my last two choices fell in love with each other!) And of course whomever rents one of the available rooms first will help choose the third roommate.

Shared living room, eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

I inhabit two rooms with a separate entrance at the other end of the apartment for my exclusive use, so I rarely use the living room. It is now set up with two desks and is used exclusively by my two rooomates. I’m happy to continue this set up.

Fabulous residential neighborhood near numerous grocery stores, restaurants etc

Includes towels, bed linens etc etc.

We each also pay $10 week towards all household supplies such as detergent, T.P, olive oil, tea and coffee etc. etc

I’m a 63 year old artist/musician with a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills. While I didn’t expect to be sharing an apartment at this stage of life…by being very careful in the choosing of roommates, it’s been a very good and enriching experience.
