It's a first floor studio apartment facing the back of the building. Very quiet, you can hear birds chirping out the window in the morning.

The bedroom area is lofted. Apartment features a soaking tub, secretary desk, living / dining spaces, and a cozy reading nook you might want to curl up in all day.

10 minute walk to multiple trains- 2/3, B/Q, N. Less than 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and a great Saturday morning farmers market. No laundry, but a great laundromat a block away.

Discounted rent in exchange for looking after my sweet cat, Saul. He's easy—feed twice a day, some play time, clean litter box, and lots of pets. He loves people.

Dates are somewhat flexible by a few days. Single renters only.

Also would be down to trade Paris for NYC for different dates. if you have a place in Paris you'd want to swap, you could come to mine 17-24 April or 6-15 May, and I'd come to Paris the week of 21 June.
