Hello! The studio features include hardwood floors, big windows, good heat, private bathroom with slop sink, a shared fridge, and some limited storage. Total sq ft is ~800, the available studio space is around 125 sq ft. and has windows as well as two walls.

The building (a former textile factory) is located at Varick Ave and Harrison in the heart of Bushwick.

$450/month plus utilities (gas heat, electricity, and optional internet).

You'd be sharing with three chill and respectful artists whose work ranges from drawing to mixed-media. Please note that we unfortunately can not have any artists in the space who work with smelly, dusty, or otherwise toxic mediums.

Lastly, the furniture and work will all be cleared out!
