Rental requirements

If you’re unable to visit in person, a quick phone or FaceTime call helps us get to know each other.

A $500 security deposit is required and fully refundable after checkout, pending any damage.

A short lease agreement will need to be signed prior to move-in.

To reserve the apartment, half of the total rent plus the deposit is due up front. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Pets Policy

My apartment and building is pet-friendly, but pets are only allowed upon discussion and approval.
