Requirements
-Embody the spirit and philosophy of "the Feels" to create an atmosphere conducive to authentic connections;
-Demonstrate an ability to hold safe, inclusive group spaces both in-person and online;
-Facilitate according to established guidelines, educational materials and scripts while maintaining a high level of magnetism and trust;
-Engage participants by demonstrating nurturing qualities, emotional intelligence, and relatability;
-Create a safe and inclusive space for participants to explore their emotions and engage in inner work;
-Memorize format ‘script’ and deliver it with honesty, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the intended experience;
-Demonstrate patience and intuition when interacting with participants, adapting facilitation techniques to suit individual needs;
-Attend pre production, debrief, prep + weekly check in calls. Be prompt + attentive;

Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall vision of "the Feels."
-Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail;
-Follow up with participants and administration and provide support as needed after events, demonstrating good follow-through;
-Have 2+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation, or teaching (group or 1:1);
-Background in psychology, mindfulness, somatics, education, or related field strongly preferred;
-Have a reliable tech setup for live online teaching (camera, mic, stable internet);
-Be familiar with Zoom or online course platforms a plus;
-Have a deep commitment to personal growth, embodied presence, and relational integrity.

-A degree - preferably an advanced one - in an area of direct connection to therapy, movement, health, wellness, psychology;
-Availability to work evening events;
-Excellent memorization skills;
-A powerful and clear speaking voice to capture the attention of a room;
-Ability to create a safe and empathetic environment while enforcing boundaries around consent;
-Deep emotional intelligence and the ability to guide participants through a process that focuses on introspection and connection;
-Honesty and authenticity in personal interactions and facilitation;
-Demonstrated willingness to engage in your own somatic and spiritual work plus a multi-year history of having done so;
-Willingness to show up vulnerably in front of strangers;
-Ability to establish connections with a diverse range of individuals;
-Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging;
-Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail;
-Strong follow-through skills to provide support and maintain engagement;
-Residence in LOS ANGELES. We are *not* considering applicants who do not live in LA full time. We’ve been travelling facilitators for 2+ years, and this is our effort to localize. If you do not live in LA, please do not apply for this role.

Hours + Compensation

-Est hours per month - LA event facilitation: 5 - 10
-Est hour per month - coaching + online ed: 4 - 10 (*varies based on client load + where in the year we are in the online ed calendar)

-Live event compensation: $350 per event
-Coaching + online ed comp: $60 - $120 per hour, based on experience
-We do not currently have budget flexibility on the above rates; only apply if our comp offer aligns to your needs.
