Plenty of room to spread out in this cozy, quiet, open one-bedroom. Whether you're traveling alone or as a couple. The living area is flexible—whether you want to curl up on the couch with a book, host dinners around a long table, or spread out to work. The bedroom is minimally decorated with a cool mid century bed frame and a comfortable queen size Casper mattress.
I love to cook, the kitchen is complete; equipped with an oven/stove, coffee, kettle, pots/pans, air fryer, blender etc. Laundry is easy and free with a side-door entrance, and there’s a small private side yard for fresh air. Parking is available upon request.
My style is minimal, functional, eclectic, but I have been told it feels like a home away from home :). The bookshelves are lined with my favorite reads, and a few miscellaneous duds. And I have always found this space to meet all my needs (and then some!).
Just down the street from Doubting Thomas (my personal favorite for coffee or a lunch meeting), a short walk to Echo Park Lake, and close to both Downtown and Silver Lake, it’s a central spot with a neighborhood feel.
Heading out of town to direct my first film! I’ve always felt very creative and happy in this place and I hope you do too.
My name is Rowen. I've lived here for two glorious years. I am an actor, writer, musician and sometimes other stuff. I've spent some time using all my skills to make this space perfect for a creative lifestyle :)
Happy to jump on a quick facetime to discuss dates and details. Ideally looking for longer term sublet- ~1 month minimum.
Sublet agreement + a $100 cleaning fee (will be returned if you leave it as clean as you found it!)
