I'm a strategy (business) advisor turned photographer and environmental activist. I worked in corporate finance and consulting for 17 years before turning to cameras. I've been a cinematographer for 3 years, and a photographer for 2 years. I've lived in my apartment for the last 9 years and I'm going on a new life adventure. The apartment is extremely cozy, quiet, and optimized for a life with good habits. Lots of natural light for reading and dark and quiet at night which is great for sleeping.
Rent is due on the first day of the month and includes water, and gas, and WiFi. Electricity is not included in the rent price and is paid at cost, separately. No more than 2 tenants can occupy the space. No parties allowed in the building.
First mont's rent and a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent is due at signing.
