3rd floor walkup. Central air conditioning, all utilities and FIOS included. Rogers is a busy street but the apartment is quiet.
About This Lister
I'm an architect and I renovated this apartment for myself, but I moved in with my partner about a block and a half away on St Marks, so I'm not using it.

50% deposit need to reserve the apartment, with the balance due before you get here. Dates can be a bit flexible, but basically I'm looking for someone to take all or most of these 2 months- and I can make it a bit cheaper if you take more than 6 weeks. $300 additional cleaning fee.
