The apartment has hardwood floors, a separate sleeping alcove that functions like a junior one-bedroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area. The space is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged, and can be rented furnished. Wi-Fi is available and included in the monthly rent. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and appliances. The building has a reliable elevator and a live-in superintendent who is responsive to maintenance needs.

The neighborhood is one of the greenest and most charming parts of Manhattan.
