This two-bed, two-bath townhouse spans three levels, with a dedicated office, and east and west-facing exposures that bring in natural light throughout the day. The home is thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished with modern pieces and original art.

- Available May 9th - June 27th. Minimum 4-week stay.

Our home features:

- An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a private patio for outdoor dining and grilling.

- Primary bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Private patio high in the canopy of two large maple trees.

- Second bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, offering flexibility as a workspace or a second bedroom, with a full bathroom next door.

- A dedicated second-floor office. The space includes a large Vitsœ desk system, an adjustable Samsung monitor, an Eames-style office chair, and a comfortable lounger for breaks or naps.

- Fully equipped kitchen with Bertazzoni induction range, refrigerator, and new dishwasher. Good knives, quality cookware, coffee grinder, Moccamaster coffee maker, and a well-stocked spice cabinet.

- Plants are located throughout the home and will need light watering during your stay.


The Neighborhood:

- Calm, residential area. One block from an excellent bakery and coffee shop, walkable to breweries and several restaurants.

- 20 minute walk to Lake Washington and the Leschi neighborhood

- Easy access to public transit, including Metro Bus Route 8 with direct connections to downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill
